The Details

The Challenge

This kitchen remodel was for a very special client. And like every renovation, it came with its own challenges — especially because the homeowners were very detail-oriented. Like many homes built in the 1970s, the house had a lot of separate spaces, and one of the main goals was to create an open-concept layout and completely transform the flow of the home.

The project involved removing walls, relocating plumbing and electrical systems, and redesigning almost the entire layout. We also closed off an existing window and transformed what used to be a bay window area into a beautiful French door opening.

The Solution

The solution started with truly understanding the client’s needs and vision. From there, maintaining close communication with the designer and engineer was key to overcoming every obstacle along the way. Of course, our knowledge, craftsmanship, and experience played a huge role in bringing every detail from paper to reality exactly as planned.

Today, we can proudly say that we fulfilled every dream and expectation our client had for her dream kitchen.
