The Details

The Challenge

In this bathroom remodel, the main challenge was executing the client’s design, which required completely rearranging the layout to maximize the small space. This involved relocating plumbing and electrical systems, but the biggest challenge was repositioning the drainage pipes, as their original path ran in the opposite direction of the joists.

The Solution

We spent a fair amount of time discussing options, styles, and expected outcomes they wanted to see which made the process easy for everyone. The time spent on the front end made demolition and the remodeling process go smoothly, with minimal impact on the household. The results exceeded the client’s expectations.
